Adam Krafczek

Adam B. Krafczek, Jr. is a solo practitioner and concentrates his practice in the areas of banking and financial services, employment law, general business consulting and contracting, healthcare, and real estate.

Adam was previously a partner in the law offices of Krafczek & Krafczek LLC, as well as a partner in the Pennsylvania law firm of Elliott, Greenleaf & Siedzikowski PC for twelve years. During that time, he was a member of the Elliott firm's trial team that won one of the largest single plaintiff Age Discrimination verdicts ever awarded in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. He is admitted to practice in the state courts of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the State of New Jersey, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.

Adam is a graduate of Dickinson College, with honors, magna cum laude, and Phi Beta Kappa, the Institute for European Studies (Vienna, Austria), and Villanova University Law School. From 1997 - 2002, Mr. Krafczek served as a member, and Chair of a Hearing Committee for the Disciplinary Board of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania.

In 2001 Mr. Krafczek co-founded Bryn Mawr Communications LLC along with related entities which specialize in medical media, healthcare communications, education, production, and e-commerce initiatives. He served as the co-founder and in various executive roles through 2021.

Adam is a Pennsylvania licensed real estate broker and President and founder of AveNew LLC, a Pennsylvania real estate brokerage firm. He is also a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors, and the Tri-County Suburban Realtors.

Adam is also active in various civic, charitable, and cultural activities, including serving as a founding board member of the American - European Congress of Ophthalmic Surgery, a non-profit organization which is a unique collaboration of physicians, ophthalmic industry executives, select venture capitalists and technology entrepreneurs dedicated to advancing vision care and improving patients' quality of life through Innovation, education, and advocacy.
